Novitec Recruitment ("Novitec", "we", "us") is the data controller responsible for your personal data. This policy explains how we handle personal data in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) as a data controller.

We do not sell your data. We share it only where necessary:
Some of our providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum.
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and for our legitimate business records, and candidate data for the duration of our relationship plus a reasonable period afterwards, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to: access your data; rectify inaccurate data; erase data; restrict or object to processing; data portability; and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email louise@novitecrec.com.
